01 Membership, Eligibility & Account Registration

The mu888 platform is intended for eligible adults only. By registering an account with mu888, you confirm and agree to the following conditions regarding your membership and eligibility as a platform user.

• Your mu888 account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or lend your account to any other party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and not disclosing it to anyone. mu888 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
• Employees, business partners, service providers, and their immediate family members who are directly involved in mu888's operations are not permitted to register or use the platform as playing members.

02 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Mu888 supports a wide range of secure and convenient Malaysian digital payment methods. All financial transactions on this platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply to all mu888 members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your VIP tier — from RM 5,000 per day for Bronze members to unlimited for Diamond VIP members.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or eWallet that on your own behalf. mu888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for security and anti-money laundering compliance reasons.
• Prior to your first withdrawal or when your cumulative amount exceeds RM 10,000, mu888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification for KYC compliance purposes.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for Silver members and above, and up to 24 hours for Bronze members. Diamond VIP members enjoy withdrawals processed within 2 minutes.
• Mu888 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or eWallet operators that are beyond our control.

03 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards Programme

Mu888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, birthday bonus, seasonal promotions, and a 5-tier VIP Rewards programme. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus of up to RM 200 is offered to new members making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated on net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited every Monday. Cashback rates vary by VIP tier (2% for Bronze – 15% for Diamond). No wagering requirements apply to cashback.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, mu888 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the completion of a full investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious violation, the balance may be permanently forfeited.

For account closures initiated at the member's own request or for other standard reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus still within the wagering requirement period) will be processed for withdrawal within 5–10 business days.
